Communications with our Community

We have several channels by which we keep in touch with you and you can stay informed:

Community Updates:
From time to time you will receive an email from the school, and this is how we inform you about school closures or other urgent matters. Please make sure your email address is up to date and our emails are not going to your spam.

You will be emailed a link to the newsletter, which comes out three times a term. It is now possible to search by category (e.g. sports, arts, sustainability etc.)

You can add the school app to your phone. Instructions are here.

Our social media pages are full of information about school related events and activities, including reminders of upcoming events. Student/ākonga groups post on their Instagram pages, and students/ākonga can follow them to find out more information about joining a co-curricular group. We also celebrate student/ākonga/ success on these pages.

Periodically we post images of students/ākonga having fun and learning. If you have a special reason why a student’s/ākonga photo should not be on social media please let us know. Photos including images of staff and students/ākonga/ will always be appropriate.
