Drew Cunningham – NZ U18 Ice Hockey Gold medalist

The Auckland Under 18’s Ice Hockey team took the Gold medal at the New Zealand Midget Ice Hockey League (U18 NZMIHL) National Championships in Dunedin recently. The NZMIHL features four teams: Auckland, Canterbury, Dunedin and Queenstown.

Drew Cunningham was the Assistant Captain of the team. In the last round of games, Auckland were undefeated and Drew was 6th overall in points.
