Library Monitors

I am pleased to announce our Library Monitors for 2020.  Years 10 to 13 students deserve a special mention as they are returning to the role. All monitors have the routine duties – issues, returns and shelving. Since we now have a ‘Self-Issue’ facility the monitors are engaging in other exciting initiatives such as posting books on  Instagram and creating a Bookflix with our latest books. I look forward to working with you all this year

ID Card and Copying

Now that students have their ID cards, it is important that they are with them at all times. They are

required when library books are borrowed, when using the photocopier and for printing from a

school computer. In order to copy students pay $5.00 at the office. Written instructions are available at the Library desk.

Library Assistant

Last year we farewelled Claire Cunningham.  Thinking we would have difficulty replacing the skills Claire brought to the role we have indeed  been very fortunate Deanna Borren has joined us as the new Assistant. She is managing the many tasks with enthusiasm and successfully making sense of Accessit, our Library Management System. Welcome to our team Deanna.
