We have had an exciting start to the year with the opening of our second kitchen! It’s a fabulous open and airy space to work in. No pictures of our new kitchen yet as we’ve been too busy cooking.
In year 11 we have FIVE classes of enthusiastic chefs-in-training. The culmination of this enthusiastic cooking will be catering for the Technology showcase in term 4 so watch this space.
In the meantime we have been cooking up Vietnamese Summer Rolls with Satay dipping sauce, Cheese and Onion scones, Chocolate cookies, Apple Pies with Cream and Crispy Chicken Skewers with BBQ sauce on rice.
It’s been such a tasty time and it is only week 4!
