We welcome all our staff, teachers/kaiako, students/ākonga and their families/whānau back to the 2023 school year at Western Springs College-Ngā Puna o Waiōrea.
Last week on Thursday (16 February), we hosted our Pasifika Fanau at a Meet & Greet BBQ and it was so wonderful to see some of our Pasifika families & friends of Springs-Waiōrea after 3 years due to Covid restrictions.
Similarly, this week on Wednesday (22 February), it was wonderful to see so many of new families/whānau to Springs-Waiōrea return to our school grounds for another Meet & Greet BBQ. A special thanks/ngā mihi nui to those who helped at the event – including our parents, wonderful staff, all of our fabulous 2023 student leaders, and our amazing Parent Action Group (PAG). Thank you also to Grey Lynn Butchers for the delicious sausages provided on the day!
