Google Classroom Guardian Summaries – Keep tabs on their school work

Did you know you can sign up to get Guardian summaries once a week for your child’s Google Classrooms?

These summaries show:
– Missing work—Work not turned in when the summary was sent.
– Upcoming work—Work that’s due today and tomorrow (for daily emails) or that’s due in the upcoming week (for weekly emails).
– Class activity—Announcements, assignments, and questions recently posted by teachers.
– Guardian preview links (these link to the actual classwork page which shows more details for assignment including due dates and attachments).

You should have received an email invitation to the address we have in our system from your child’s whānau teacher when they first started here at school that you probably accepted.

You can use this email address to log in classroom.google.com/gs and edit your Guardian Summary preferences to ensure you get the summaries.

If you cannot log into this page with the email address you gave the school, there is a chance you have not received an invitation, or you did not accept the invitation within the 120 day timeframe. If this is the case, please email your child’s whānau teacher who will be able to invite you again, or confirm the email address you should use to log in.
