Wises camp/planning day.
A successful event for Wises panels coming together to plan for 2021 was held last week of term 1. Groups got to know each other, ate together, ran around Pt Chev together doing the Amazing race and then seriously planned ways to promote Wastewise, Healthwise. Kaitiakitanga and Travel wise in WSCW. The day ended with a Masterchef competition and a very, very impressive effort from all the student groups meant we all had a scrumptious three course meal! This event would not have been possible without the organisation, input, time and effort of the teachers-in-charge – Sophie Lenehan, Whaea Alice Heather, Sarah Carr and Jared Hockly. The Wises panel are in good hands with their leaders – Humayra Bhikoo, Manaaki Narsai, Antonia Lloyd and Ruby Wilson. Some photos of the event below.
